Description:
Building a new habit can be challenging, I created this 30 Days of Yoga Series to help support anyone keen to step on their mat and keep coming back,  Each class builds on the previous, taking us on a journey.  We start slowly and slowly explore breathing practice, sun salutes, different flows to standing, seated, balancing, lying poses and inversions.  You'll explore your core, strength focus and flexibility as we go. Perfect to fit into a busy schedule!

Description:
Asana means posture or pose so our Asana Lab is a chance to break down a pose into the foundations, for example where to place the feet or hands, the energy lines of the pose, and how to incorporate your dristhi (gaze point).  We then slowly build it back up, offering modificaitons for beginners to advanced.
